short synopsis:
Talking Body is a drama short about an elite dancer who has lost her job, no longer able to fulfil her passions as a ballerina. Bella uses the form to articulate her repressed feelings of longing and grief for an occupation that is out of her control and ultimately temporary. Her eternal love is bounded by her transient body and her inability to accept her reality manifests in her metaphysical presence within undefined liminal spaces.
